convenient location helpful staff good selection basic breakfast difficult shower poor lighting

the location is very convenient. it is close to the train station. the pub downstairs has a good selection of drinks. i also found the staff kind and helpful.

the breakfast was a little basic. only toast and cereal were available. the shower temperature was difficult to adjust. i felt the access via fire escape was not ideal, especially with poor lighting at night.

A SURPRISINGLY good stay!

perfect location accommodating staff comfortable bed

The location IS excellent, a stone's throw from the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs, which I appreciated. The room had a good shower and the bed was SUPER comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was simple. It could offer a wider selection.

I was greeted by a lovely lady who helped with bags early. This was very convenient. Staff were cute and friendly throughout my stay. This. Diane gave really good service, AMAZING!!!

helpful staff big room clean room

The staff was super helpful. I got an english adapter i had forgotten. the room was big. it was also perfectly clean and renovated.

The pub closed at a certain time. I had to use a security exit to enter and exit.

the location was convenient. I could reach the train station very easily. the room included useful amenities as a fridge with bottled water. the staff gave helpful information regarding public transportation routes.

the towel rail in the bathroom, it was not completely fixed to the wall. it moved slightly when I touched it, that gave me A little concern.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It has friendly staff, I noted. The rooms seems very clean and provided great value for the money. Breakfast offers a fantastic choice. I ate fresh fruit.

My room wasn't ready as stated on arrival.

Adequate Location, Noticeable Issues

shower mildew unsafe stairway

The location near the train station was acceptable and convenient.

My room was not ready when I arrived. I found mildew in the shower, a rather unpleasant sight. I also felt unsafe using the fire escape stairway to access the rooms (especially at night).
